we required 2-3 days to make and process your order and 4-6 days for courier partner to deliver your order, sometimes it depends on location complexity.

Yes all customers data are safe here, we do not use any customers data out of this website.

No We do not post, promote any photo of customers product

we delete all photos or description given from customer side after making product

You will receive an email notification on your registered email ID once we ship your product.

Most of our products are get delivered within 7-10 days, Some customized products will take time to make and prepare, our maximum waiting time is 15 days, if you don’t received your order within 15 days then you can contact us over WhatsApp with your order ID, tracking ID.

Due to Product Customization we don’t allow customers to purchase on COD.

• if customer refused to accept parcel at delivery time, it’s loss for us we have to pay courier charges + RTO charges and we also can’t give returned product to any other customer because the product have customized with photo / Text of someone’s.

We only allow return / Exchange only if there is any working issue in product, or any damage of product in transit.

• To Avail Return / Exchange of product Parcel opening video from start to end wihout any cut is required.
